Legal Basis for Platform Use

To access betting features and other services on saranjitu, users must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating more than one account by the same user is a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. All activity that occurs through a user's account — whether carried out directly by the account holder or by a third party who gains access due to the account holder's negligence — is the responsibility of that user. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the saranjitu support team immediately.

Users must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age applicable in their jurisdiction, to use the saranjitu service. This platform is not intended for underage users, and saranjitu is not responsible for use of the platform by individuals who do not meet the age requirements. Creating an account with false or misleading information is a serious violation that may result in permanent account termination.

Users are prohibited from using the saranjitu platform for activities that violate applicable laws in Indonesia, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or misuse of another person's identity. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical methods to manipulate the platform, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage is a serious violation that will be dealt with accordingly.

Users are not permitted to share their account with others, sell or transfer their account to another person, or use another person's account credentials without legitimate authorization. All content available on the saranjitu platform — including but not limited to text, images, interface design, and software code — is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, distributed, or used without the written permission of saranjitu.

saranjitu reserves the right to monitor activity on the platform to ensure compliance with these terms. Users found to be in violation of the usage rules may be subject to measures ranging from warnings and account feature restrictions to temporary suspension or permanent account closure, along with forfeiture of any balance linked to the violation.

saranjitu provides the platform on an as-is basis and does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or that it will always meet user expectations under all conditions. saranjitu is not responsible for financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting or gaming decisions made on the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from system delays, connection disruptions, or dynamically changing odds.

The saranjitu platform may contain links or references to third-party websites that are not under the control of saranjitu. The inclusion of such links does not imply that saranjitu endorses the content, policies, or practices of the relevant third-party sites. Users who access third-party links do so at their own risk, and saranjitu is not responsible for the content or consequences of accessing those external sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of saranjitu to users for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount directly and verifiably related to the transaction giving rise to that claim. This provision does not override consumer rights protected under applicable Indonesian law.
